Ordering

You may place an order with Inshape Leisure & sport in the following ways:

Telephone / Fax

We primarily accept orders for goods via telephone or fax. If placing an order by fax, please enclose any contact information and your preferred payment method on the form.

Please specify if you would like us to call you back in relation to acquiring payment details, as it is not advisable to supply sensitive banking data or credit card details via facsimile. Alternatively, you may telephone us to provide this information.

Email
We also accept orders via email; please ensure to specify any contact and delivery information, product codes / descriptions and method of payment as outlined on our existing order form. It is not advisable to supply sensitive banking data or credit card details via email and you may wish telephone us to provide this information, otherwise we may contact you to request any outstanding details.

You may also send your order via email by attaching a completed copy of our MS Excel order form or by sending a completed form (scanned) in an image or PDF format.

Pricing
All prices shown in UK £ (sterling), exclusive of VAT and are subject to current availability. All prices ARE subject to change without prior notice.

Payment
Settlement terms are 30 days on approved credit accounts. Non-approved account orders are accepted on a payment per order basis (cheque or cash only). Payment must be cleared before any goods are dispatched.

Delivery
All orders are shipped at cost and may vary depending on size, weight or preference. For further information on delivery charges please contact our sales office or enquire online.
